French and Indian War Rifleman's Knife
 
The blade of this knife is made of 1095 carbon steel.  It is 9" long, 1 1/2" wide
    and 3/16" thick with a steel S guard.

 The 5 1/4" long Sambar stag handle has a steel fuller with a steel butt cap
    and through tang construction.

 The overall length is 14 3/16".

 This knife is aged to look old.

 The sheath is made of wood covered with leather.

Hudson's Bay Scalper

The blade of this knife is 7 5/8” long, l” wide and 1/8” thick.  It is made of 1095 carbon steel.


The 4 1/8” long walnut handle has six steel pins.


The overall length is 11 ¾”.


The sash sheath is 9 oz. cowhide with tacks.


The knife and sheath are aged to look old.

The blade of this knife is 5 5/8” long, 1” wide, 1/8” thick and is made of 1095 carbon steel.

The handle is 3 ¾” long  brass with pressed water buffalo horn and brass pins.

The overall length is 9 3/8”.

The sheath is made of deer rawhide with the hair on the inside.

The knife and sheath have been aged to look old.

Damascus Bowie with Stag Handle
 
The random patterned Damascus blade of this bowie is made

    of 1095, 01 and 15N20 steels.
  
It is 11 3/8" long, 1 5/8" wide and 7/16" thick with through tang construction.

The Sambar stag handle is 5" long with wrought iron guard and butt cap.

Yellow River Daggers

I sold one of the first Yellow River Daggers that I made to the prop

    department of the movie, Lone Ranger (2013).  The knife I made can be

    seen near the end of the movie.  Butch Cavendish uses the knife in a fight

    with the Lone Ranger on top of the train.

The blades on these daggers are 7 ¼” long, 1 ¾” wide and 3/16” thick.  

Both are made of 1095 carbon steel and aged to look old.  

The top blade has been aged longer.

The walnut handle is 4 3/16” long with steel pins.

They have steel guards.

The overall length is 11 1/2”.

The sheaths are made of 9 oz. cowhide.  They have been aged to look old.

Custom Damascus Knives


Northwest Company Hand Dagger
 
The blade of this knife is made of 1095 carbon steel.
  
It is 7" long, 2  3/16" wide and 3/16" thick.

The ebony handle is 7" long with a nickel silver trade silver
    turtle and nickel silver pins.

The sheath is 9 oz. cowhide covered with buffalo leather.

The overall length is  14 1/8".

This knife is patterned after a pre-1826 hand dagger that was found
    across the Missouri River from Ft. Union on the North Dakota, Montana border.

The 10  15/16” long, 1 1 /4” wide and 1/4” thick blade is made from a file.

The 4 3/4” handle is Sambar stag with a wrought iron guard and butt cap.

The random pattern integral bolster Damascus blade is made of 1095 and 15N20 carbon steel.

The 3 3/4” mammoth ivory handle has four mosaic pins.

The 9 oz. cowhide neck sheath is covered with brain tanned deer hide.

This knife is patterned from one the Buffalo Bill Museum in Cody,Wyoming attributes to Jeremiah Johnson.
